Section 01
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the BrandNVend website located at BrandNVend.com and all services offered by BrandNVend ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By placing an order, submitting payment, or using our services in any way, you ("Client," "you," or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms in full.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our services. BrandNVend reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
BrandNVend is a professional branding and print production company serving pop-up shop vendors, market sellers, and event vendors. We provide design, print, and delivery services for banners, tablecloths, business cards, step & repeat backdrops, flyers, retractable banners, vendor websites, and digital design services.
All services rendered by BrandNVend are provided on a project basis. Upon payment and receipt of all required project files, BrandNVend agrees to design, produce, and deliver the agreed-upon product(s) as described in the selected package or à la carte order. Services are considered active once full payment is received and confirmed.
Section 02
All services require payment in full before any design or production work begins. BrandNVend does not offer payment plans, partial payments, or net terms of any kind. Prices displayed on BrandNVend.com are estimates and may vary based on final project specifications, shipping selections, or additional services requested.
Section 03
To initiate production, the Client must submit all required project files and information through our designated file submission form. BrandNVend will not begin production based on incomplete, partial, or unclear submissions.
All files must be submitted together in a single, complete submission. Submitting files in multiple batches, or adding files after an initial submission, may delay your project start date. BrandNVend is not responsible for project delays caused by incomplete or staggered file submissions.
Any changes to submitted files after production has begun — including image replacements, text edits, color changes, or layout adjustments — will be treated as a revision request and subject to the Revision Policy and applicable fees.
Section 04
BrandNVend is committed to delivering professional, high-quality design work that reflects your brand. To ensure a smooth process and protect both parties, the following revision policy applies to all orders.
Each order includes two (2) rounds of revisions after the initial proof is delivered. A revision round is defined as a single set of changes submitted together in one communication. Revision requests must be submitted within 5 business days of receiving the proof. Proofs not responded to within 5 business days will be considered approved.
The Client is solely responsible for reviewing and proofreading all artwork before providing final approval. This includes but is not limited to: spelling, grammar, phone numbers, email addresses, website URLs, social media handles, pricing, and all other written content.
BrandNVend will use only the information submitted by the Client. While we make every effort to present content accurately and professionally, we are not responsible for errors in content that was provided by the Client. If BrandNVend introduces an error that was not present in the Client's submitted materials, we will correct it at no charge.
Once final approval is given, BrandNVend considers the project complete and sends the file to production or delivery. Approval is final and binding.
Section 05
Due to the custom nature of all BrandNVend products and services, all sales are final. BrandNVend does not offer refunds, exchanges, or credits under standard circumstances.
Refund requests must be submitted in writing to design@brandnvend.com within 7 business days of the issue occurring. All refund decisions are made at the sole discretion of BrandNVend management.
Section 06
BrandNVend provides branding, design, and print production services "as is." While we strive for excellence on every project, we make no guarantees, warranties, or representations regarding specific business outcomes, sales performance, or results achieved through the use of our products or services.
Colors displayed on digital screens may differ from final printed colors due to variations in monitor calibration and print production processes. BrandNVend is not responsible for color variations between digital proofs and printed output that fall within standard industry tolerances.
All production and shipping timeframes listed on BrandNVend.com are estimates only. Actual turnaround times may vary based on order volume, supplier availability, and carrier conditions. BrandNVend is not responsible for delays caused by third-party print suppliers or shipping carriers once an order has been submitted for production.
By submitting files, images, logos, and content to BrandNVend, the Client represents and warrants that they own or have the legal right to use all submitted materials. The Client assumes full responsibility for any claims, damages, or legal actions arising from the use of submitted content that infringes on any third-party intellectual property rights. BrandNVend assumes no liability for intellectual property disputes arising from Client-supplied materials.
The information on BrandNVend.com is provided for general informational purposes only. Pricing, product availability, and service offerings are subject to change without notice. BrandNVend reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time.

BrandNVend respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. This policy outlines how we collect, use, and safeguard the information you provide when using our website or services.
BrandNVend takes reasonable measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, or misuse. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. By using our services, you acknowledge and accept this limitation.
BrandNVend does not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. We use trusted third-party service providers (Stripe for payment processing, Jotform for file submissions, Netlify for website hosting) solely for the purpose of operating our business. These providers have their own privacy policies governing your data.
